Popps Parlor is a family-owned popcorn and ice cream shop bringing old-fashioned charm and big Texas flavor to every scoop and pop. We proudly make all of our gourmet popcorn fresh in-house and serve only Blue Bell ice cream for our hand-scooped cones, ultimate milkshakes, out signature creations.
